Returns

Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will try to assist you if you wish to return goods unused, but we may require you to pay for costs we will incur as a result. Some goods are not returnable if they are not resaleable.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from a sample shown to you.

If this policy criteria is met, goods must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Freight costs for returned goods is at the expense of the purchaser.

Please note: Before sending goods back please contact Freestyling Online Pool Shop for an R.A.N number (Return Authority Number).

Refund Policy

Freestyling Online Pool Shop grants no refunds of goods purchased on this site except where applicable under the Trade Practices Act. Please note there is no exchange on sale items and no refund of freight charges.

Missing Parts

Please check your delivery within 48 hours of receiving it. If any parts are missing Freestyling Online Pool Shop will send replacement parts at no cost to you. Please fill in our Parts Request Form 

COVID-19

Freestyling Online Pool Shop are unable to accept liability for delivery delays, stock availability, returns or pricing changes due to restrictions or state / country lockdowns caused by COVID-19 or related issues.
