Shipping & Delivery Costs
Freestyling Online Pool Shop are unable to accept liability if the delivery of your goods is late or if stock is not available in time for scheduled delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the goods after delivery.
Freestyling Online Pool Shop will ship goods to anywhere in Australia; however freight charges do vary and different rates will apply accordingly. Shipping costs will be more expensive in areas outside of Metropolitan areas. Please note freight charges quoted are estimates only and are subject to change. Adjustments will be made according to suburb, quantities and the bulky nature of goods shipped.
Please note that domestic orders are sent via our premium courier service and parcel/s will not be left unattended at destination. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box addresses.
Delivery Delays
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.
Limits On Goods
Please note some restrictions may apply regarding weight, size or quantity of the item/s we are able to send in one order. If your order exceeds the limit, we will contact you to advise you of this and will offer any possible solutions.
Freestyling Online Pool Shop reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a refund to the customer.
If we cannot successfully process payment from your credit card / Pay Pal the order will not be processed and you will not be contacted.
These conditions are governed by laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

COVID-19
Freestyling Online Pool Shop are unable to accept liability for delivery delays, stock availability, returns or pricing changes due to restrictions or state / country lockdowns caused by COVID-19 or related issues.
Force Majeure
The Supplier is not liable for events arising under the Agreement to the extent that it is prevented from acting by these events beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation to lockdowns, industrial disputes, strikes, lockouts, accidents, breakdowns, import or export restrictions, acts of nature, acts or threats of terrorism or war. If an event of Force Majeure occurs, the Supplier may suspend or terminate the Agreement by written notice to the customer
