We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. We will not be liable if you have failed to follow instructions, modified the goods or used them for an unintended purpose.
Purchases
Your order becomes effective upon successful transmission after you press “Submit Payment” on the website. You cannot cancel the order after that time. You must pay for delivery in addition to the price of the goods, as shown on the website when you complete your order.
Shipping & Delivery Costs
Freestyling Online Pool Shop are unable to accept liability if the delivery of your goods is late or if stock is not available in time for scheduled delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the goods after delivery.
Freestyling Online Pool Shop will ship goods to anywhere in Australia; however freight charges do vary and different rates will apply accordingly. Shipping costs will be more expensive in areas outside of Metropolitan areas. Please note freight charges quoted are estimates only and are subject to change. Adjustments will be made according to suburb, quantities and the bulky nature of goods shipped.
Please note that domestic orders are sent via our premium courier service and parcel/s will not be left unattended at destination. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box addresses.
Delivery Delays
Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay.
Limits on Goods
Please note some restrictions may apply regarding weight, size or quantity of the item/s we are able to send in one order. If your order exceeds the limit, we will contact you to advise you of this and will offer any possible solutions.
Freestyling Online Pool Shop reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a refund to the customer.
If we cannot successfully process payment from your credit card / Pay Pal the order will not be processed and you will not be contacted.
These conditions are governed by laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

Returns
Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will try to assist you if you wish to return goods unused, but we may require you to pay for costs we will incur as a result. Some goods are not returnable if they are not resellable.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from a sample shown to you.
If this policy criteria is met, goods must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Freight costs for returned goods is at the expense of the purchaser.
Please note: Before sending goods back please contact Freestyling Online Pool Shop for an R.A.N number (Return Authority Number).
Refund Policy
Freestyling Online Pool Shop grants no refunds of goods purchased on this site except where applicable under the Trade Practices Act. Please note there is no exchange on sale items and no refund of freight charges.
Missing Parts
Please check your delivery within 48 hours of receiving it. If any parts are missing Freestyling Online Pool Shop will send replacement parts at no cost to you. Please fill in our Parts Request Form
COVID-19
Freestyling Online Pool Shop are unable to accept liability for delivery delays, stock availability, returns or pricing changes due to restrictions or state / country lockdowns caused by COVID-19 or related issues.
Force Majeure
The Supplier is not liable for events arising under the Agreement to the extent that it is prevented from acting by these events beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation to lockdowns, industrial disputes, strikes, lockouts, accidents, breakdowns, import or export restrictions, acts of nature, acts or threats of terrorism or war. If an event of force majeure occurs, the Supplier may suspend or terminate the Agreement by written notice to the customer
Health & Safety
Please make sure you use all equipment appropriately and safely when following the advice in either the D.I.Y. videos or instruction manuals. You need to be familiar with how to use equipment safely and follow the instructions that came with the equipment. It is imperative to wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary. If you are unsure consult an expert, such as the manufacturer.
Freestyling Online Pool Shop may add to, change, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this website apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this website after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.
